About Crystal
I'm Crystal Nicole Johnson. Atlanta-based Meta ads strategist, mom, founder of CJ & Co Creative. I've spent the last five years inside ad accounts for women-led businesses, first as an agency strategist, now leading a boutique agency of my own.
I started in this work because I watched too many women founders hand over their ad accounts to people who didn't read their numbers and didn't respect their offers. I built CJ & Co Creative to be the opposite of that: small on purpose, strategy-first, and built around real relationships with the founders I work with.
